Anti-Trpc1 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 1 (Trpc1) is a non-selective cation channel protein that is encoded by the TRPC1 gene in human. Trpc1 protein consists in six transmembrane domains and four ANK repeats. Trpc1 appears to be induced to form channels by a receptor tyrosine kinase-activated phosphatidylinositol second messenger system and also by depletion of intracellular calcium stores.
