Anti-Trpm1 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent tissues.
Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 1 (Trpm1) is a non-selective cation channel protein that is encoded by the TRPM1 gene in human. Trpm1 is expressed in the retina by a subset of bipolar cells known as ON bipolar cells, that form synapses with photoreceptor cells. Mutations in TRPM1 cause congenital stationary night blindness in man (OMIM 613216).
