Anti-Trpv2 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 2 (Trpv2) is a channel protein that is encoded by the TRPV2 gene in human. Trpv2 is a Ca2+-permeable, non-selective cation channel with an outward rectification. Trpv2 protein consists in six transmembrane domains and six ANK repeats. Trpv2 is activated by high temperatures above 52 degrees Celsius and may be involved in transduction of heat responses in sensory ganglia.
