Anti-CEP97 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Centrosomal protein of 97 kDa (CEP97), also known as leucine-rich repeat and IQ domain-containing protein 2 (LRRIQ2), is encoded by the CEP97 gene in human. CEP97 acts as a key negative regulator of ciliogenesis by capping the mother centriole thereby preventing cilia formation. CEP97 is also required for recruitment of CCP110 to the centrosome.
