Anti-FGFR1 (FLT2 or CD331) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1), also known FLT2 or CD331, is a receptor tyrosine kinase encoded by the FGFR1 gene in human. FGFR1 functions as the receptor for fibroblast growth factors (FGF). FGFR1 consists in an extracellular region, composed of three immunoglobulin-like domains, a single hydrophobic membrane-spanning domain and a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase domain. Mutations in FGFR1 are linked to Pfeiffer syndrome.
