Anti-Frizzled-7 (FZD7) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Frizzled class receptor 7, Frizzled-7 is encoded by the FZD7 gene in human. Frizzled-7 consists in a cysteine-rich extracellular domain of Fz family members, 7 transmembrane domains, and an intracellular C-terminal tail with a PDZ domain-binding motif.
Frizzled-7 can interact with DLG4 and mediate both canonical and non-canonical Wnt responses. Frizzled-7 also participates in planar polarity information during tissue morphogenesis.
