Anti-GRIN3B (GluN3B) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Glutamate ionotropic receptor NMDA type subunit 3b (GRIN3B), also known as GluN3B, is encoded by the GRIN3B gene in human. GRIN3B is a subunit of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors, members of the glutamate receptor channel superfamily. NMDA receptors function as heterotetrameric, ligand-gated ion channels with high calcium permeability and voltage-dependent sensitivity to magnesium. NMDA receptors play a key role in the plasticity of synapses, which is believed to underlie memory and learning.
