Anti-NHE2 (Slc9a2) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Sodium-hydrogen exchanger 2 (NHE2), or sodium-hydrogen antiporter 2, is encoded by the SLC9A2 gene in human. NHE2 uses an inward sodium ion gradient to expel acids from the cell.
NHE2 consists in 10 transmembrane domains. NHE2 is involved in pH regulation by immune cells to eliminate acids generated by active metabolism or to counter adverse environmental conditions.
