Anti-P2RX4 (P2X4) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Purinergic receptor P2X 4 is a G-protein-coupled receptor that is encoded by P2RX4 gene in human. P2RX4 functions as ATP-gated ion channel with high calcium permeability. P2RX4 is found in the central and peripheral nervous systems, in the epithelia of ductal glands and airways, and in the smooth muscle of the bladder, gastrointestinal tract, uterus, and arteries.
