Anti-Trk-C (NTRK3) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Tropomyosin receptor kinase C (Trk-C), also known as neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor type 3 (NTRK3), is a protein that is encoded by the NTRK3 gene in human. Trk-C is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway. Trk-C consists in an extracellular domain, a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic domain.
