Anti-Trpc3 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 3 (Trpc3) is a non-selective cation channel protein that is encoded by the TRPC3 gene in human. Trpc3 protein consists in six transmembrane domains and four ANK repeats. Trpc3 appears to be induced to form channels by a receptor tyrosine kinase-activated phosphatidylinositol second messenger system and also by depletion of intracellular calcium stores. Trpc3 has been shown to form channels in the mitochondrion.
