Anti-Centriolin (CEP110) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Centriolin (CNTRL), also known as CEP110, is encoded by the CNTRL gene in human. Centriolin is a centrosomal protein required for the centrosome to function as a microtubule organizing center. Centriolin is also involved in cell cycle progression and cytokinesis. During the late step of cytokinesis, Centriolin anchors exocyst and SNARE complexes at the midbody, thereby allowing secretory vesicle-mediated abscission.
