Anti-GRASP55 (GORASP2) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Golgi reassembly-stacking protein of 55 kDa (GRASP55), also known as Golgi reassembly-stacking protein 2 (GORASP2), is encoded by the GORASP2 gene in human. GRASP55 is important for establishing the structure of the Golgi apparatus. It is a peripheral protein located on the Golgi cisterna and can bind to other GRASP proteins located on an adjacent cisterna, thus linking the cisternae together through protein–protein interactions.
