Anti-OFD1 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues.
Oral-facial-digital syndrome 1 protein is encoded by the OFD1 gene in human. OFD1 is a component of the centrioles controlling mother and daughter centrioles length. It recruits to the centriole IFT88 and centriole distal appendage-specific proteins including CEP164. OFD1 also plays an important role in development by regulating Wnt signaling and the specification of the left-right axis.
