Anti-Trpm2 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues.
Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 2 (Trpm2) is a non-selective cation channel protein that is encoded by the TRPM2 gene in human. Trpm2 is activated by free intracellular ADP-ribose in response to oxidative stress. Trpm2 has been suggested to play roles in a number of auto-inflammatory and metabolic diseases, such as gout, obesity and diabetes.
