Anti-Trpv3 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues.
Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 3 (Trpv3) is a channel protein that is encoded by the TRPV3 gene in human. Trpv3 is a nonselective cation channel that functions in a variety of processes, including temperature sensation and vasoregulation. Trpv3 protein consists in six transmembrane domains and three ANK repeats and has been shown to interact with Trpv1 in the skin where they sense changes in temperature.
